I found the people at Boos very congenial, and accommodating. They came out and measured, and brought carpet samples without charging a fee. They told me exactly how much everything would cost, up front. The installers shaved my closet door down so that it would open and close properly, then put both doors back on easily, and without a problem. My carpet looks beautiful! Boos was recommended to me. Worst place to get your carpet

We bought Carpet from them for over $15000. They made so much mistakes while installing my carpet. There installing team was SO UNPROFESSIONAL. While installing my carpet they took out my close doors but they did not know how to put them back. Installation was done so unprofessional that carpet came out after few days and when we asked them to fix it THEY REFUSED. I will never do any business with them. NOR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
