I have been taking my 2 vehicles to Jan and Jeff at Big O Tires in Glendale since 2004, for both minor and major work. I have always been treated courteously, and have always received professional service. I have not experienced any problems with work done in their shop. All of my questions/concerns were answered professionally, with choices offered, and pros and cons regarding each of the choices. Without going into detail, they have gone the extra mile for me on a few occasions also. I recommend Big O Tires in Glendale to everyone.

I've been dealing with Big O Tires since the store opened approx. 4 years ago. I have known Jeff (one of the owners) from a prior job at another tire and alignment shop in Glendale. I have always had excellent service at Big O, good recommendations for tires and they have stood by their tires and warranties for two full sets of tires. (I drive a lot each year). If I have questions about a service or way the car is handling because of new tires, alignment, - I have always felt that my questions were addressed professionally and a resolution was found. I would recommend the shop without reservation.
They also so some other work (shocks, brakes, a/c) and I have found the work to be done professionally, and it saves me renting a car or being without my car for an extra day.

I wasted over $800 on tires and wheel alignment at this Big O Tires. They not only dirtied the interior and exterior of my car, but they caused damage to 3 of my wheels from their equipment. They reluctantly offered to pay for 25% of the cost to resurface the wheels and told me that I would be without my car for two days. They never offered to pay for a rental car for me for the two days nor were they willing to do better on their compensation to rectify the situation. Jeff and Jan's attitudes were terrible and their customer service was non existent. Do not try to save money by going to this shop. They do lousy work and are irresponsible.

There are several Big O spots throughout the southland, but they consistantly have great service and wonderfully low prices. My dad swears by this place.
