Okay the Palms Grill and Bar has seen much better days, however, that being said, it's a great divey place for people watching. It gets an eclectic crowd that is impossible to describe. What pushes it to 4 stars to me are the bartenders, engaging and friendly and got a free drink for my homey Satchel on his birthday. We shall return.
