Berkeley Hall sits on over sixty acres on a hilltop off Mulholland Drive amid the natural beauty of the Santa Monica mountains, and the campus is spectacular. The modern facilities include eight buildings, among them a 300-seat auditorium and a 2,000 square foot library that is roomy and well stocked, with plenty of seating. Theres a very impressive woodshop full of impressive looking tools and a special room for art where the children can make ceramics and sculpt, and learn to develop their own photographs. Outside, the children have a full-sized field for football and track, fields for baseball and soccer, and two tennis courts. If your child loves swimming, there is a 75-foot swimming pool and well-equipped, individual play yards for the preschool children. Each department (primary, intermediate and junior high) is housed separately in a ranch-style building with its own outdoor lunch and restroom areas.
