Sweet Briar Books

Now that bogeys is gone, it's nice to still have a used book store in Davis. The selection here varies and inventory is always changing. It's not as large as the chain book stores but very affordable and has many of the older series for young readers. Makes a nice fieldtrip with the kids.

You can find a ton of used cheap books here. It's not an enormous selection but if you are trying to stock up on books for a library or classroom you can find some great stuff for low cost.

This place is just a small nook but contains many great things inside. I found their selection to not be as great and updated as Borders, but their prices on most items are actually cheaper. They also have many discontinued books for quite cheap you can't find elsewhere. Two thumbs up for that. They also have a small supply of CDs and childrens stuff if you are interested in that.
