I have seen many bad reviews about Classe Party Rentals in many sites, like yelp, google, etc. \r

But i dont think that Classe deserves all those. Actually, i have used classe's services in the last month for my kid's b'day party

Just spoke to YA YA??? AGAIN WTF. This person asked for my Credit Card information on three separate occasions (phone calls) to confirm my party rental. I tried to tell them this is the THIRD time you asked for this information and I have already given it to you twice. I'm not going to give it to you again. \n\nSpoke to the ""owner"" what a JERK! Needless to say they did not get my business. Save your time Save your money save your sanity go somewhere else.

\n\nI had a very disturbing situation with Classe Rental in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca today. I previously rented tables/linen/champagne glasses for my sister's baby shower. The total rental came to $632. As my sisters and I covered the tables with the linen, we noticed there was a small burn mark on one of the pieces of the linen. As we took the champagne glasses out, we noticed there were 2 different sizes of the champagne glasses, we didn't make a big deal out of it nor did we call to report the small burn. Because it was a busy time, I decided to inform the company after the baby shower. We informed Classe Rental after the shower, the company said they would look at the linen to determine if it was a fresh burn. We knew it wasn't so we were confident it would all work out. I never received a call, 2 weeks later, I rec'd a letter from Classe Rental with a receipt reflecting a charge of $17.40 on my credit card informing me we were being charged. I called today and the conversation with the manager was very shocking and disturbing to me. He accused me of damaging the linen -burning it and the only thing that could be done was to pick up ""my linen"" that I damaged. I calmly explained to him the event was a baby shower, we had no fires, no flames, no candles at the event and the linen was delivered with the burn mark. He continued to say that I damaged the item and began to literally say I was ""lying""-- that is the word he used. I was really surprised and calmly explained to him I spent $632 and I would not waste his time nor my time calling him about something if I did it. He continued to say I damaged the item. I then pointed out ""could they have made a mistake"" and then I pointed out about the 2 different sizes of the champagne glasses that were delivered. I also explained that if I would have damaged it I would pay for it. ...He said in a very angry tone after mentioning the 2 diff size champagne glasses that were delivered, He yelled ""I will credit your account but you are a liar"" and hung up. I have never been treated like this by a vendor /business before , the manager/owner missed the point, the major problem is calling me (customer) a ""liar"" and hanging up not treating me like a valued customer. He used the word ""liar"" and didn't address the situation as a business should. The internet is a very powerful tool and my $632 may not be much to him but I was so disappointed and shocked by the behavior and response from a business owner, I decided to voice my opinion on the internet. I discourage anyone from using Classe Rental-- there are other rental companies in the area.

I've worked with Classe Party Rentals on and off for the past Six years. They are hands down the best in Southern California. There just aren't any other party rental companies that offer the variety and quality \r\n\r\nyou name it they've got, or they can find it or make it for you. Custom linens, flatware, chairs, assorted tables, furniture, tenting, catering equipment, draping...the list could go on and on.\r\nIf you're in the Event Business you've undoubtedly worked with the friendly sales people (Maria and Yaya) and the great Warehouse and Delivery Staff. Even if you're just putting on a dinner party at home, Classe is a great one-stop-shop for all of your party needs.\r\n\r\nThere is specific process with regards to ordering, returns, deposits, etc., so if you're unfamiliar, take the time to talk to your sales person and they can help guide you through the process, it's very easy.\r\n\r\n I always feel like I'm bothering them with so many calls and some last minute changes due to our Client needs but the people at Classe treat me with a cool attitude.\r\n

My most recent experience with Classe Party Rentals in Rancho Cucamonga was a major disappointment. \n\nThis is the second time I have rented from Classe Party Rentals and the last. I rented several tables and four-dozen chairs from Classe Party Rentals, but I made the mistake of ordering some linen to cover the table. When we opened the linen at home, a relative noticed a small cigarette burn in one of them. I didnt pay much attention to it, but when I returned the linens to Classe Party Rentals I was told I would be charged $20. This was after I had already told them about it before they started inspecting the linen Classe Party Rentals told me that is was impossible that I had received the linen in that condition. \n\nI explained to Classe Party Rentals that I had seen it with my own eyes when the plastic was taken off. They asked me why I did not call or tell them when I had to (mid-party) return a defective coffee pot. At this point the conversation with Classe Party Rentals was still civil and I explained that the burn was so minor that I didnt think about it. Just imagine you are throwing a party and your rented coffee maker from Classe Party Rentals doesnt work. Youre in the middle of things and you have to run over and quickly return it, so your guests can have coffee. Would you think to about mentioning a minor cigarette burn when youve got caffeine-starved guests?\n\nWell, things went from bad to worse at Classe Party Rentals. Several employees were trotted out to the dock area to explain to me how it was impossible for them to have given me linen with a cigarette burn. I told Classe Party Rentals that I understood that, but I had seen it with MY OWN EYES when it came out of the plastic. At this point, I found myself amazed that Classe Party Rentals wasnt just erring on the side of the customer. I told them, I am CERTAINLY not going to lie over a $20 replacement fee, but I certainly wasnt going to be called a liar. I further explained to Classe Party Rentals that the tables were in my house and there was no smoking or candles on the table but that was beside the point because I had seen the burn with the plastic was taken off the linens.\n\nIm very easy going, but after arguing with four people at Classe Party Rentals, I went to the main office where I was essentially called a liar. The managers at Classe Party Rentals also told me I had only rented from them twice...when I told them they wouldnt be getting my business again!!!! \n\nI am a professional and very honest and am amazed that Classe Party Rentals would essentially call a customer a liar over $20. I have never written a review like this online, but I have a feeling that if Classe Party Rentals treated me this way, there are probably many more dissatisfied customers out there, courtesy of the folks at Classe Party Rentals in Rancho Cucamonga. \n\nThere are plenty of other party rental places out there and based on my experience with Classe Party Rentals, I hope you will look elsewhere for your party rental needs. It seemed like there were new people behind the front desk, so possibly these are new owners. Hopefully Classe Party Rentals will learn that this is not to treat customers in Rancho Cucamonga.\n\nAvoid Classe Party Rentals at all costs! But what do I know? According to Classe Party Rentals I only have rented from them twice and Im going to lie to their faces over $20. \n\n
