The quality of the meat is top-notch and their fries are delicious and I don't like french fries otherwise. They have great seasonal salads as well...I once had a avocado, lemon vinaigrette and pistachio salad. That is all that was in it and it was absolutely amazing. I wish they always had it! The location of this place is great too...it's right in the heart of fourth street. I would not recommend cafe rouge.
