Arco manager determine that my truck was in the need of a new engine. After the engine was replaced I experience several problem with the engine pistons. I brought the problem to the attention of Emilio Arco Arco body shop owner and he explicitly told me that he didnt want to deal with it.
This is the worst service I have ever had. This poor customer service It did cost me 2,700 dollars out of my pocket.
You might notice a customer service guarantee satisfaction sticker on the bottom of the invoice it is a mere fiction since Emilia he/she is not much of a man will not honor it.
Good luck dealing with them.
