AS ALWAYS, THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT TOYOTA of HUNTINGTON BEACH IS GREAT! STEVE RADKE's Expertise, Professionalism. and treatment of his customers make him the 'go to' person for all my questions and concerns. He's sooo helpful! I've bought 5 Camrys at this dealership and Steve Radke and the Service Department are one of the most important reasons my 6th Camry will be bought at Toyota of Huntington Beach, also.

Everyone has always been helpful, courteous and efficient whenever I have come in for whatever I have needed. I'm always offered a seat, water, etc. to make sure I am comfortable. The waiting area is pleasant and welcoming.

Every time I take the car in for service I am greeted in a friendly and helpful manner. The waiting area is attractive and the waiting time quickly goes by. I do enjoy the experience.

As always, I was helped quickly, the service manager provided me with an estimate, and the work was done well and my car returned with all service taken care of

Well, I was going to write a review here about the marginal, but good customer support at their service center, but after seeing their review page, want to raise a red warning flag!!\r

They appear to have 70+ 5-star reviews! That is not real! Someone is writing bogus reviews, or paying people to write these reviews. It doesn't take much to see this. 90%+ of these reviews are 1-liners. ALL these reviews are 5-star! That doesn't make sense! No 4-stars, no 3-stars, no 2-stars, and two older 1-stars which are obviously real. Also, check out some of the reviewers, they all write many many many reviews for merchants all over the place. One reviewer wrote positive reviews for their ""new car buying"" experiences...... at 5 different dealers (including this Toyota) all within a few months.... I mean really!!!!! Someone is buying a Porsche, Lincoln, Honda, Chevy, and Toyota all in the same year!!! Not to mention all the repair shop reviews they also wrote that same time, for all their ""new"" cars..... \r

Ugh!!! Toyota has a fine product, and decent service center , ...... why hide it behind all these fake reviews...... What else are they hiding!!!

First of all I work for Toyota and have a company lease. That being said I'm always treated professionally and with courtesy. I have referred friends to Toyota of HB and do so knowing they will have a great buying experince.
