World class service. I have purchased a boat from them and have been a customer for years. I cannot say anything negative about my experiences with this company. They have been helpful when I called for help, they have serviced my boat before and it always comes back clean after I took it in for regular maintenance! I don't even get that kind of service from the Lexus dealership!

AVOID THIS SERVICE PROVIDER LIKE THE PLAUGE....
When I purchased my Sea Ray at Newport boats in 2000 they must have had different management as my experience was great then, or maybe this is a company who only focuses on sales as my last 3 experiences ( all service ) has been a Hugh waste of my money.
1. We paid them over $300 to wash and wax our boat. My teenagers have done a better job! Sloppy Work!
2. When we took it in for service last month they said we never paid them for the wax job so I had to go through old records to prove we paid them.
3. After spending $2300 on repairs that I was told were the only required repairs on my boat I got to the lake and discovered:
a. The brand new alarm could not be shut off, we had to disconnect it.
b. The drive could not be put into neutral. It got stuck in reverse and I had kids behind the boat. We had to turn off the boat to keep from backing over people.
Yes, they apologized and offered to give me a discount on more work...NO THANK YOU... I spent $2300 to have them jack it up once I'm not stupid enough to do it again.
