I agree with the last review. The work is okay but the customer service is absolutely horrible. They had my drive shaft for over a month. First they ordered the wrong part. Than they said that they would drop it off to me for the inconvenience. They said they had a job in California City and that they would call when they got to town. Well that happened twice and both times they saidd that they forgot to call. When somebody gives you $450 you don't just forget about them. Horrible service. Go somewhere else or just buy a new part. These people act like they don't need the business.

This place is very unprofessional and unreliable regarding service. I took my vehicle in for a driveline repair, and it took over a month to get my vehicle back. When I got it back, I found that my gas tank had been drained and there was grease throughout the interior of my vehicle. The work performed was adequate, but I was overcharged (based on the initial estimate). The owner Mike is a nice guy, but that (in itself) doesn't repair cars.

angela sounds like you don't know a driveshaft from a wheel. Mike does excellent work, he is knowledgeable and helpful. If you had a bad time you probably expected more than could be given. My dealings with this company have been great. It's the only show in town, if you want lousy service go to the S F valley then pitch a gripe
