The tires I got were ok and alittle high in price. The service could of been better. I was late to work and the guy behind the counter did not really care.

I shopped around for a set of tires so I knew my choices when I called them. This is helpful as I found they *will* negotiate and match or beat any price that you have gotten somewhere else. In my case they even matched the price I got on a similar tire (but not identical) at Costco, including Costco's promotional $60 off a set. So I was happy with the price which I negotiated over the phone. When I arrived the promised price was honored and I drove out with new tires in less than 1/2 hour. They even neatly reinstalled my "doughnut" spare in the compartment. I'd highly recommend them.

i agree with the two previous reviews that if they have your tires in stock you can be out of their shop in under 30 minutes, but twice i had to order tires for the two vehicles i own within 2 months and each time they blamed UPS for not picking up the tires for delivery. well, it seems management needs to make a decision on switching their delivery service. the employees kept casting the blame on UPS and were more than helpful, but not on the ball with special orders.

This is the tire shop for the internet user. I was able to select a tire online and print a quote before calling or visiting them. They had reasonable prices and a good selection of tires, all in stock. The staff was professional and friendly, and my tires were installed in less than 30 minutes. I'll definitely go back.

PROS:
CONS: Added $13 per tire for lifetime guarantee without asking me first.

Excellent. Very fast and efficient (they usually get you in and out in about 30 minutes - though sometimes it's a longer wait because of the volume of customers).

Because they only do tires, they do it well, and do it properly (right tools, right process).

They have very competitive prices and usually offers several tire choices to suit you.

I believe they occasionally carry house brands that are similarly rated/warranteed, but are significantly lower priced.

Given their good prices and speed, I stopped bothering to go to Costco for tires.
