The receptionist knows nothing, and all she wanted to do was get my name and number.
The procedure is to get a salesman to come to your house and give you an estimate. OK - I can see that - but what a hassle. I guess they need to know what they are getting into.
When I asked the receptionist if this was a green company, she had no idea what I meant.

They need better educated receptionists. I could tell by talking to her that it was taboo to talk shop with me - a cold caller.
The business may be good, but they clearly need an improved front line.
