Bed Bath & Beyond

The first time I was here, I was disgusted at their customer service. I returned something that I purchased from another BB&B, and the associate was rude and bothered. Last week I visited again for a much needed rug and the gentleman helping us was so helpful. He went out of his way to go to the back to check on things that were out of stock., friendly and smiling the whole time. They didn't end up having the item after all, but that experience will make me go back to the store.

PROS: Excellent customer service on the latest visit
CONS: pricey items, out of stock on display items

My experience at Bed, Bath & Beyond was great. I was trying to buy a bridal gift from the bridal registry and the employees there went out of their way to help me three or four times. Several different people politely asked if I needed their assistance in finding an item and even offered to go get it for me while i waited. They were extremely curtious and I do not mind going back in the future.

PROS: helpful people
CONS: some items were not availale
