Tina and Mona work in this office. These two women take pride in their work and go the extra mile to do whatever it takes to provide excellent service to their valuable clients.
Apparently they were recently involved in an audit. There was a mistake regarding a check dated Feb. of 2004. I was informed via mail that my car insurance maybe cancelled if this issue was not resolved.
I called the bank and they were able to provide me a copy of the cancelled check.
I provided State Farm with a copy of the check and am awaiting the results of my findings.
Needless to say, at this time, my car insurance is active but I am waiting to see what type of consessions they are willing to provide for this colossial mistake during the audit.
I will say that Tina called me on a Saturday morning to inform me she was in the office and had receieved my copy of the cancel check. She promised would respond on my behalf to the corporate office.
Still no word.
PROS: Good Customer Service
CONS: Outside Auditors Make Mistakes!
