I'm a repeating customer at Kieu Hanh Jewelry and I have to voice my opinion in regard to Kieu Hanh Jewelry.The service at Kieu Hanh was always a good experience for me. They are very knowledgeable, experience, courteous people and try to please customer in everyway, plus their price is the lowest for the same quality diamonds and jewelry elsewhere.
I did a few search and seeing the same two posts bashing about Kieu Hanh Jewelry everywhere and come to the conclusion that this two posts are from ill-intention competitor who instead of doing honest business, they crookedly bash other stores. The two posts below is so untrue Sad sad sad....

Totally Overpriced, Terrible Service, Wished I Never Stepped Foot In Kieu Hanh Jewelry

Terrible. Rude, arrogant, utterly horrendous service. Completely overpriced. Buying an engagement ring should be a pleasant experience. Kieu Hanh Jewelry made this a horrible experience that soured then entire process. Save yourself time, aggravation, and fustration, let alone the money and spoiling the entire experience.

I don't think anywhere else would use that tone of voice with customers !! I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with this place. SInce my friend suggested and used to go there for jewelry, but I don't know if my friend was right about Kieu Hanh Jewelry place.
Pros: (it seems the same with other jewelry shop around there)
Cons: BAD SERVICE and attitude
