I try to shop locally, but this is one store I won't step my shopping shoes into ever again. I enjoyed shopping at For Elyse until I purchased a shirt, washed it by hand once like the directions asked, and noticed the shirt beginning to unravel. I took the shirt in with receipt, however the rude lady working there who had always been so nice to me before because I was buying something wouldn't even look at the shirt. She simply said I can give you a 10% of coupon for next time. I told her there wouldn't be a next time. Still steaming a few days later I called and left a message for the owner. Days came and went and I never heard from her.In a nutshell I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

i loved shopping here. not olny do they have the latest fashion but its a fun place to shop. with upbeat music you can just dance while you shop. they were helpful with helping me fine five new outfists. and when i wore them i got amazing compliments :]

I recently needed to get some new clothes for work and wanted nicer clothes than from a department store. I am terrible at shopping for myself and one of the young men working there totally helped me out. In the time I found one item, he had a dressing room full of clothes he thought I might like. He and another sales girl gave me honest opinions about how the clothes fit. It was kind of pricey, but the customer service and the quality of the clothes made it worth it.

Very BAD customer service!!! I bought a small dress and tried to exchange it twice w/ no luck. The dress had original receipt,bag & tags were still attached. I bought it Thurs & tried to return the dress the next Thurs. since the receipt said I had 7 days.
The clerk would not let me exchange because he said it was past the 7 day period. I argued with him and told him thur-thur was not past 7 days and he said maybe they should re word the receipt.
They would have lost no money with the exchange but now they lost a customer!
