.

I opened an account because I needed to do a wire transfer. I was told that I can do it on line. Well, the interface does not allow you to make it (to complete an activation process which is required to performed first, that is), the phone number listed at 'contuct us' gives you a run around, another phone number that was listed in Chase package, put me on hold for half an hour, after which I had to hang up.
So I called the branch to ask them to do it manually. It was 9:10 a.m. My personal banker (so I was told) had a day off. Another one, who is supposed to be there at 8:30, called in sick. The manager (after the click) "is with another customer". "They will call you back at 9:30", but she did not take my phone number! Very poor service. DO NOT USE

In an hour, I called again. Arlene was there, but "with the customer", with a promise to call me back in 15 min. Of course, nobody called.

At 12 noon, I called again. When I asked for my call to be transfered to Arlene Zohrabi, I was told "sure", and then the phone went deadt for 10 min. I hang up and called again. This time the guy asked me waht it was I was trying to do, and , after hearing that I need wire transfer, he said that Arlene will not be able to help me, because she is not in the computer department. I tried to say that she she will have to do it manually then, but the guy kept talking parallel with me and hang up.
They all refuse to transfer calls to the banker. It is 12:26 now, and I am not any closer to my transfer than I was yesterday night.
