Nascar Silicon Motor Speedway

I had such a great time driving the race car simulation. It was fun, competitive and not very expensive. It gives you the thrill of felling like you're in a big video game. Bottom line it was a good time.

If you like riding go carts, bumper cars, ATVs or enjoy driving, this is the place for you. The experience you'll get riding in a race at this game store will be as close as you could get without being in the real thing. Best to go as a group for competition sake. They will give you a quick class on how to drive your car and then you'll be off and racing. They give you a print out when you are finished, so there is no debate over who was better than who. Buckle up and race!

My husband is a racecar fan, so needless to say, we paid for two simulated car races and had a blast! Unfortunately, they didn't have his favorite racer's car (Jeff Gordon), but that's okay. The motion simulation and visuals were excellent. The only thing he had a hard time with were the car doors, believe it or not. They didn't give him enough time to figure out how to open them (they didn't want to open). As staff was scarce, one time the race had already started by the time we were able to get into the car, so my husband got a slow start. But he did get to 5th place overall and was very happy. Simulations are not very expensive. I believe we paid $16 for 2 runs at it.
