Very Reliable Pet Sitter. I have 2 indoor 1 outdoor cat. 1 cat gets pills 4 epilepsy. Mail, bird feeders, newspapers, all taken care of. I got email updates!!!

Called to make an appointment for a wash/shave for my dog. She was booked for 3 weeks. Asked for an unofficial pricing and she was $20-30 dollars more expensive. (to be fair she did not see the dog-and once groomers see my dog they bring the price down because she is not the typical chow/husky breed.)

After reading the review from the "Not All Dogs Welcome" reviewer, I felt I needed to add mine besides the fact that I know Cheryl is AWESOME! Just because she was not going to be able to assist your dog does NOT mean that not all dogs are welcome!!!! Cheryl loves all animals and would not take on an animal that she felt would not be the safest for her and the animal. Wouldn't one appreciate her honesty in keeping your beloved pet safe instead of only being interested in taking your money. Each shop has policies for a reason and Cheryl makes her's with animals best interest at heart!!! My Beau loves her and gets excited each time we head for her door! I would HIGHLY recommend Cheryl and her shop for the best love, care, and customer service!!!

PROS: Gives special loving care to your pet and to the customer as well!!!

I have been taking my Yorkies to Cheryl for over two years now, she has cut them has I have asked ever time. And she has taken very good care of them.I can see no reason to even look any where else.The price seems fair as well. Thanks Cheryl for putting up with my fur-kids.

I recently tried this groomer. Didn't know she does not accept credit cards or debit cards. Left me greyhound while I ran out and paid a $2 service charge to withdraw cash for the nail clipping at a nearby bank. When I returned she simply stated "Sorry can't do your dog, he's too strong. " I suggested she try again with me assisting as my dog is shy with strangers and she wouldn't even try. Just said "no, he's too strong" Later that day I got them clipped w/ me assisting the tech at my vet's office.
I have a friend that likes Cheryl for grooming her cat and dog, but my experience was very disappointing. I won't be doing business with her.
