I got to his company through my Home Insurance. These are the issues that I faced. 1) Everytime the company picks the phone they put you on hold for a long time 2) When the guy who is the scheduler picks up the phone, he(I suppose his name is tony) talks very rudely 3) He scheduled an appointment on monday morning and then when we called him, he said no its monday evening and it was his mistake and nothing could be done. And there goes my half of the day.. 4) Then he does not understand the problem well and when I try to explain what the problem is, he takes as an insult and replies that their technicians are 25 years experienced and they know what they are doing.. even without understanding what the problem they try to solve ???? beats me.... 5) The technician comes and does a jump start and leaves, do not fix the root cause. Two days after the same problem... Now I have to call my warranty company and this vicious cycle repeats... I dont know how they stay in business with such a bad customer service...
The technician who actually came to the house was pretty decent and he spoke well... Thats the only positive in this whole incident..
