WCH  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

Slick salesman.Very quick installation. Then the nightmares. Hopelessly inadequate function. Struggles to cool even a little bit. Heating barely wiggles the thermometer. And this is nine tons of installed capacity.

Multiple calls bring no service.

Finally gave up and had someone else correct the amateurish slap-dash work.

Avoid Alan's slick sales pitch like the plague.

Wouldn't use anyone else.  5 Star Rating - World class

We have a maintenance service agreement with this company. My experience has been that the technicians are thorough, knowledgeable, clean and respectful.
Recently they installed a Geo Thermal system for us in another home we purchased. Our experience was they were knowledgeable, efficient, clean and respectful of us and our property. The install was seamless to the point that no one would know they had even been there. We had them install new duct work throughout the home as well as an instant hot water system. They made the entire install look easy. We had their top engineers onsite the entire time during drilling. During the equipment installation there were a couple of hiccups due to poor documentation and they trouble shooted the problem effectively with little or no impact to us at all. The systems running are extremely efficient and perform exceptionally well. We have had no problems with them.They also worked well with the City and the utility companies affected.They all appeared to be happy people which is iin my opinion ndicative of the management style used within the company. Thank you Supreme Air.
I would use them everytime and would recommend them to my closest friends and family.

Unreasonable Customer Service  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

Scheduled a service call and was told that the technician would be there between 9 and noon. Recieved a phone call at 8:40am telling me the technician was on the way. I phoned back and said that I would be at my house at 9:10am and was told they could not have the technician wait that long. Hmmm, I am supposed to arrange a 3 hour window of my workday and they cannot wait 10 minutes?

Donna  3 Star Rating - Satisfactory

Very timely installation of new furnace and air conditioner. No pushy salepeople but they do call to remind you of an annual maintenance available (not too expensive). Thought their prices were pretty reasonable and the repair person is knowledgable and friendly. Equipment working well, no problems.

Bad Service  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

I got to his company through my Home Insurance. These are the issues that I faced. 1) Everytime the company picks the phone they put you on hold for a long time 2) When the guy who is the scheduler picks up the phone, he(I suppose his name is tony) talks very rudely 3) He scheduled an appointment on monday morning and then when we called him, he said no its monday evening and it was his mistake and nothing could be done. And there goes my half of the day.. 4) Then he does not understand the problem well and when I try to explain what the problem is, he takes as an insult and replies that their technicians are 25 years experienced and they know what they are doing.. even without understanding what the problem they try to solve ???? beats me.... 5) The technician comes and does a jump start and leaves, do not fix the root cause. Two days after the same problem... Now I have to call my warranty company and this vicious cycle repeats... I dont know how they stay in business with such a bad customer service...

The technician who actually came to the house was pretty decent and he spoke well... Thats the only positive in this whole incident..

Supreme Air is not supreme service  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

I have been trying to work with Supreme Air for the last month to fix my broken furnace. They quickly came out and diagnosed my problem but since then they have been extremely slow about getting back to me about uncovered costs and then getting back to my insurance company so they can order the unit I need. When I call they are pleasant enough, promise to do what I need and then nothing. This has been going on for a month. I have a one-year old crawling among space heaters. I would definitely not recommend them.

Good service overall  4 Star Rating - Very good

I had these guys come out for some insurance work to find out what was wrong with my house heater. They quickly and professionally found the problem and replaced a faulty thermostat. I'll definitely be contacting them in the future to replace my home heater and air conditioner--I know they'll do a great job.
