DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are nice when you go to buy a product but afterwards if you have problems you will det treated horribly. The salesman will not come to the phone when I call. He answered the first time before he knew I had a problem but since then when I call he doesnt come to the phone and will not return my calls. The manager will not return my calls. They do not care about you after they get your money. The receptionist is rude also. They know I am having a problem with my appliance and they refuse to help me. If you do not want to be treated terribly then please go someplace else. These people do not care and they will not help you if you hae a problem with your appliance. I wish that I had known befor I spent so much money there.

We just purchased a Washer/Dryer set at Pacific Sales. The salesperson was very helpful and courteous. The delivery and installation was fantastic. The installers were fast and professional. They showed us how to work the new appliances and hauled away the trash. It could not have been any easier.

This is the WORST company in the world. I paid $1200 for a Samsung washer and dryer last week -- a decent deal. BUT then came the installation. They gave us a four hour window for delivery and were two hours late -- so we waited 6 hours for the installation. They came out without the pedestals and we had to wait another two days before they came back with them. The guys with the pedestals were also late, although this time Pacific Sales had told us they would call an hour before they came (so they called, but the guys didn't get here until 2 hours after the call). We used the dryer later that day, and the whole laundry room and kitchen got hot and wet. We called Pacific Sales and another 3 days later a different install guy determined that the previous one had installed the duct wrong, so it was smashed up when he shoved the dryer toward the wall and shooting into the house. About 10 minutes after that repair guy left, I started smelling gas throughout the kitchen and front of the house. I called Pacific Sales and they said they will send him back out -- but not until he finishes 3 more deliveries. I explained my house smells like gas, which seems dangerous, and I would like someone to fix it immediately. My laundry room is small and I wasn't able to access the gas valve to turn it off myself (and my wife is pregnant, so didn't want her to help me pull the dryer out). The receptionist essentially said "tough, nothing I can do, and you didn't tell the repair guy that when he was there." I explained I didn't smell gas when he was here. I talked to about 4 other people to try to get someone to treat this like an emergency, but nobody would give me a time when the repair guy would get here. After over 4 hours, at the end of his route, the repair guy came out and fixed the gas leak -- the 2nd of the 3 install guys I've had out used the wrong size fitting to connect my gas dryer and it had jiggled loose when the 3rd install guy had fixed the broken vent. The service at this company is so bad it is surreal. Notwithstanding I have a one year warranty with them, I'll likely pay for service with Sears if anything goes wrong again.

I purchased a very expensive washing machine from Pacific Sales in Carlsbad. Thank goodness I read these comments before I went down to Pacific Sales. I drive by this place everyday, we need kitchen appliances and was just out my door to go there. Thanks to these comments I will go elsewhere. :)

Pacific Sales is the name and what they care about is Sales. Customer service is a concept that they just do not understand. Delivery was promised in 2 weeks, but delivered in 7 weeks. While removing of the old Fridge they broke tiles. Never even suggested that it was their fault. We needed to fix the location of an outlet so another crew came out and then REFUSED to install and said they could not bring the new Fridge up stairs. This was now the day before Thanksgiving now with NO fridge. I spoke with 5 people. Sympathy - NONE. Accommodation - NONE. They want sales at least once, but they don't care about repeat business!!!

I have had numerous orders with them and every single time they somehow screw up. One time I ordered a dishwasher and they placed an order for a panel, it then took an extra 2 weeks to get the actual dishwasher, the order was placed by the manager!! Then I ordered a fridge, well its now been 4 weeks and I still don't have my fridge and no one has called to let me know where it is. Whenever I call I get 5 different excuses. This company has SO MANY problems with their employees it is unbelieveable.

I purchased a 52" television (quite costly) and was promised that it would arrive at the store two days later for my pick up. Upon calling to double-check its arrival, I was informed that the "warehouse" had not loaded the tv onto the delivery truck, thus no tv. (Luckily, I was smart enough to call and check, rather than drive up without calling. Apparently, there is no follow-up to let customers know that their products don't arrive as promised.) I was offered the option of picking up the tv three days later or waiting four days for delivery because their schedule was booked solid. This was a real disappointment, since I was looking forward to watching the Chargers Play-offs. For such a "high-end" purchase, the customer service sure was "low-rent". Please purchase from other businesses.

A few months ago, my grandmother went to pacific sales to buy a washer and drier from them. They upsold her to a front loading washer and drier. Fine. Within 10 days she had their repairmen at her house because the washer was so off balance it would knock into the walls. Turns out they had also hooked up the hot water to cold and vice versa. What kind of people do they have working for them?! Within another week the washer's computer had died. Pacific Sales said they couldn't come out to fix it for one week. When they did come out it, it took another two weeks to order parts. This was two months after my grandfathers MAJOR cancer surgery and right after the whole family came into town to visit with them! Very stressful for and 82 year old woman. SHE WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND NEITHER WILL I! Maytag, I would STOP selling your equipment there-- it looks bad when your perfectly fine machines break down twice in three weeks because of poor installation!

Oh man did I have a bad experience with them. First of all, I have a kitchen that was remodeled about 25 years ago. So, I took the measurements of my stovetop and oven openings. When I got there, the sales guy told me that everything would fit even though I mentioned that it was a unique size.

So about a week later, the stove arrives and, of course its too small. I go back to the store and they exchange it but I have to wait another week. However, the main problem I have with them is that they accused me of not giving the correct size which I tried to do but their salesman ignored.

OK, so a week later the double oven finally arrives but this one is too big! Again, they accuse me of not giving them the right sizes. So, I tell them to just give me my money back which they do only after three weeks of telling me that they have to deal with the accountant and other BS.

Funny thing is, I went to Aztec, gave them the sizes that I tried to give to Pacific. Guess what? The oven fit perfectly. You see, Pacific, I'm not a moron and I gave you the right measurements. It was your piss poor customer service that screwed things up.

We recently bought our washer and dryer at Pacific Sales. They gave us a better price than Lowe's and the staff was very helpful.
They include free delivery with sales of appliances.

The only negative was the people delivering would install them for us for an extra $20. They installed the dryer vent incorrectly (it wasn't connected), which could have been a big problem had my husband not noticed before we used it.
