Hello;
I had my my HP laptop repaired within a couple of days. It now works like new - the problem was a nasty virus. Jacob, the guy I dealt with lacks customer service, and does not call back when he says he will - just stay on top of him - the actual service/work was superb!!!

I purchased an inexpensive desktop here and the salesperson was helpful. No problems with the equipment. It is a small store, comparatively speaking, and prices are better either online or at one of the superstores. I'd shop here only if they had something no one else had.
