this big 5 is a small store, they dont have that much selection, i probably go to this store like once every 2 or 3 months because there isnt stuff that you can find to buy here.

When I went in to browse this locationi for some new basketball shorts it was a disaster. It was very unkempt, disorganized, just downright messy. There were hardly any staff members in sight, and none of them could be bothered with a customer. They had at decent selection of shorts, and I knew exactly what I was looking for, so I found what I wanted. It was not a pleasant shopping experience, and to add to the ambience, there was even a funky smell that lingered throughout the store.
Good selection - if you have no questions, can jump in and out and be on your way, go right ahead.
If you are looking for the long-lost art of customer service, it's not hiding here.
