They provide a wonderful service and manage to keep me calm most of the time. I am a worrier, but they are willing to take my calls and answer my questions time and again. I appreciate their work and the time they take with me.

I've been renting from this family run business for 4 years now. Everyone in the office is courteous and helpful. They really care about their tenants. \r
Recently, I needed a new dishwasher and they had it delivered and installed the next

NO stars are deserved. I would never reccomend renting from these people. Unless you LIKE being taken for your hard earned money.
We moved into the rental we found. Things seemed to be going great, our move in was quite painless and quick. It was a nice property, however was a bit outdated and was not painted upon move in. An ugly green paint covered the living room with large white patches where the previous renters had made holes and patched them up. Upon move in , id say about a week after, my husband returned home after being on duty and he took a nap. When I went to go run to the store, our car had been towed! The person who we had rented from failed to submit proper paperwork to the HOA of the complex to get us tags for our car to be parked inside the gate , though we were assured it would be "fine" . It costed us about 300 dollars to get our car out of the tow lot. Wethergage did nothing to recoup our money to us, and even took another 2 weeks to get us the proper paperwork submitted so we could gain our permits. many things broke in the apartment. They sent out subpar "maintenence " guys multiple times to fix the SAME issues. The owner caught wind and "wanted to see it himself!" so he came out. he asked us what WE had done to his walls in the living room , because apparently he was not informed that they had not painted before we moved in , and he used 2 off color paints to "fix" the ugly spots on the walls, neither of which matched.the cabinet faces on drawers in bathrooms were popping off so the owner HOT GLUED them. Which did nothing but put a bandaid on an issue, and they were broken again in a week or so. We finally stopped calling them to fix things because it was like pulling teeth and we fixed things ourselves. They had arranged for a painting guy to come out who never showed because of car trouble. and when we moved out a few months later due to orders, they had no idea we hadnt had the place painted. When we moved out, whatever nail holes we had made in hanging pictures were patched and sanded by myself, because i was told theyd be painting anyway. We were told that if we moved out early, we would be compensated per day for the hurried move, as in our rent for the week and a half early move out would be refunded... The management company argued with my husband, saying they "never said that" after my husband got upset, they called another member of their staff and then my husband was told "well, youre LUCKY that you gave us 45 days notice, so we'll pay you for 5 days" which amounted to approximately 245 dollars. Here it is 3 MONTHS after our move out , and I JUST hassled them enough to have them send me a check for 200 dollars even, NOT the full amount. And surprise surprise.. WE were charged on move out for painting.. on a place which was not painted when we moved in. And when I asked why we were being charged bogus charges, I was told by Steve "well, youre LUCKY i only charged you HALF of the painting costs, i SHOULD be charging you the FULL amount" Bogus charges , from a sketchy company . Dont waste your time, theyll just take your money!

I wouldn't even give them one star. THey probably wrote the good reviews themselves.
They are handling rental properties in a very very sketchy manner. THey list properties then when you call them they say they are sold, but they are still being posted on craigslist and their own website.

I wouldn't give this guy my deposit.

Stay FAR FAR away from Steve and his company. The worst management company ever. They are untrustworthy, they are liars and they DO NOT respond to e-mails or return phone calls.

We just moved out of the property rented by this management and our experience with them was horrible. They are very unprofessional, repairs don't get done on time and when they do get done, they don't get done properly. They are too busy to do their job properly. The owner want to let you know who is in charge. If you already live in one of their properties, make sure you document everything. If you are planning to rent one of their properties, my advise is don't do it unless you are prepared to live in a place where things don't get repaired. Also be prepared to loose your deposit for non legal reasons.

I'm currently renting from Wethergage Management and I have only positive things to say about the company as well as Steve Wetherbee, the owner. Steve was always available to see properties when I was looking for a place to live. Their rental rates were very competitive too. Once I became a renter, he was very courteous in his dealings with me. Repairs have always been done in a timely manner, though I haven't needed very much. When I moved in, he replaced the screens in a few of the windows because a cat had lived there previously and had torn them. I was looking for a used refrigerator and he let me know where to go to buy one. I didn't expect this level of service from a Landlord and it was very refreshing. If you need a good company to rent from, call Wethergage!

I only joined this site to comment on Wethergage Property Management. My roommate and I rented a house managed by Steve Wetherby for two years, up until just a few months ago, and it was a 100 percent positive experience. We had plumbing repairs twice at the house which were handled in a timely manner, and there were serious problems with the pool at our rental, which Wethergage kept after until the entire pool was finally completely resurfaced and the pump and other mechanical parts of the pool were replaced. Wethergage is a busy management company, but I believe that they do their utmost to take good care of the properties they manage and their tenants.
