Greg at FCC was perfect businessmen! I am so critical for perfection, especially perfection for my VW GTI. They perfectly cleared up scratches from my back bumper. This body shop will be the place to take all of our cars if needed (hopefully no accidents in the future) but I know that our cars will be taken care of. My mom has a 1999 GS 300 and her car was in two accidence, after FCC had its hands on it, it was like a brand new car! Highly recommended and that is coming from a perfectionist.

Thank you to the awesome crew at FCC Collision Centers. I have always been skeptical of the body repair business, but these guys completely amazed me. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with smiles and professionalism that was captivating. I was kept completely informed throughout the repair process, then the final product was way more than I had expected to be possible... With FCCs attention to details, my car actually looks better than before the accident... AMAZING!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

I have utilized FCC Collision Centers since they came in to the business in the early 1970's. Family owned and operated. I am proud to say I have grown up with the Piper family. They have worked on my cars and my kids cars. They are an extremely professional operation with an incredible ability to work with insurance companies to get the car fixed right. A++ operation....

It's a great shop. Jason is very focused on customer satisfaction. They have a 2nd shop in Mountain View that has been there since 1979. It's a family business with a Dad and two sons.

My car was a hopeless wreck, and ive have bad experience in the past!
A friend told me about FCC and their commitment to customer service...so i decided to give them a try, I went to their Milpitas location....i was a little nervous, but they told me I had nothing to worry about ..., they took a look at my car and gave me a great quote and timeline .....
I've had my car back for some time now and I am extremely satisfied...this car feels and runs like it had never been in a wreck....thanks guys!!!!!

I used FCC Collision center to redo a total disaster that Cal-West auto body had done to my car. FCC redid the work, and I was extremely happy with the results and the staff. About a year later, my Mom had an accident, and I brought her car to FCC Collision center in Mountain view, and once again, every thing came out perfect. The body work and paint was excellent, the statf was knoledgable and friendly. Not that I hope to visit them again, but if I end up needing a body shop again, that's where I will go!!!

My insurance company spoke highly of FCC Collision. AA collision of my Honda Accord by some one in parking lot, , I was concerned about where to go to get it repaired correctly. I plan on owning it for a long time. My insurance company and a friend both recommended a shop in milpitas (which was not only convenient, but surprisingly clean and professional). The repairs were explained to me in detail by the estimator (Robert), came out to provide me comfort in my time of misfortune. I never thought my car would be the same, but I have been completely "Wowed" by these repairs. I write this recommendation to say thank you for an amazing service. ... Thank you

My Insurance Company was Right...

My insurance company spoke highly of FCC Collision. Now I understand why! After sadly wrecking my 2007 Toyota Camry, I was concerned about where to go to get it repaired correctly. I plan on owning it for a long time. My insurance company and a friend both recommended a shop in milpitas (which was not only convenient, but surprisingly clean and professional). The repairs were explained to me in detail by the estimator (Greg), and the manager (Jason) also came out to provide me comfort in my time of misfortune.
