I had the jerk enchiladas and they were so yummy and tasty. I husband had the cuban plate with delicious platanitos and black beans. I reccommend for you to try this place. It's really good.

Tried out Cha Cha Chicken last night after living blocks from it for years. Not sure why I waited so long. I like the colorful atmosphere and easiness of going up to the counter and ordering and paying first. I ordered the Jerk Chicken

Cha Cha Chicken is an excellent Caribbean restaurant. It is basically a hole in the wall outdoor restaurant in the heart of Santa Monica Beach. It's located just a few blocks from the SM Pier in literally a shack on the corner. The food is amazing. Their specialty, Cha Cha Chicken is the BEST, along with the Plaintains...yum. Next time you're in the Santa Monica area, you need to eat there. It has a local beach vibe. Totally cool and affordable.

The jerk chicken enchaladas are incredible. I had to force myself into trying something new- the black bean soup is like heaven and the flan is PERFECT. I'm a flan conesur- and this is the best i've had in this country.

Prices are reasonable- def eat for under $10.

Ambieance is GREAT.

they even have a mini parking lot- a rare thing in LA so close to to the beach!

Nestled in between so many expensive restaurants in Santa Monica, Cha Cha Chicken is a breath of fresh air. This place was so good! Countries in the Caribbean, although unique and different in many ways share many elements of their food

Yuck. I'm from the Caribbean and the food is not like that. The food at this place is an imitation Caribbean mixed with Mexican food. The picture on the menu looks better than what it taste like. Every single time I've ordered from that

I probably make it out to Cha Cha Chicken once a month or so. I work in the area and it's an easy walk over. The food is reasonably enough priced and there are always special deals in the Clipper magazine to make it more inexpensive
