This agency charges mimum $10 per ticket sold on top of the ticket price for convenience and other charges. The epitome of corporate greed. Sometimes Ticketmaster is the only option. When possible, order your concert tickets from other (reputable)sources. Don't support this rip off unless you absolutely have no other choice. The only saving grace is Ticket Fast: the option to print your tickets at home.
PROS: print at home tickets
CONS: "convenience" charges
