I've bought many car parts at this store and been pleased with the service. The parts counter is a hit and miss for having a knowledgeable staff. I'm not very pleased with their service/repairs dept.

Pep Boys really is one of the best options when it comes to purchasing parts, equipment, or accessories for your vehicle.The staff as a whole knows their stuff, and the selection is large enough to satisfy without being overwhelming. The prices are fairly good, and though one may save a dollar or two by going to a Wal*Mart or something, it's often worthwhile to purchase from a store that has actual knowledge of the product they sell.
