My family and I walked in a little before closing time and a salesman, I think it was the owner, rudely came up to us and said that they were closing. We noticed that there were many other customers in the store and we said that we were just going to look around. He then told us "alright but we haven't got all night" What the hell is that? He wants me to fork over $2000 + for a living room set and he gives me that kind of attitude. Bite me. I'll never buy anything from there .

We have been customers for many years. I've had furniture that was late and right on time....doesn't bother me a bit. I will never go anywhere else. The service is great, the prices are amazing and they will bend over backwards to make you happy. I have told friends, and family and more friends. There's nothing like customer service and great prices, coupled with decent quality furniture? I'm happy!

They have a large selection with a mixed-bag of "qualified" salesmen. Make sure you ask for someone who knows their products if the salesperson you get is "fumbling" around like ours was, it will save you some time. Promises...the product we ordered was not on the floor. If you purchase something at the warehouse (right there in the store) be prepared for next day delivery. We purchased something from the manufacturer and were told 4 weeks to delivery , allow 6 just to to be safe. Here it is 8 weeks later and we have not received our product. It's the manufacturer, not them we're told. Thankfully, to ease our discomfort and impatience we were sent a loaner while we wait. This is exemplary customer service in my opinion. We really appreciate being loaned furniture while we wait. The prices are great. You're not getting Ethan Allen or Thomasville, but they have a huge selection and some really nice stuff. The quality is decent enough. We expect if "the manufacturer" didn't mess up again, we'll have our furniture by the time 10 weeks passes

We recently purchased an entertainment center and a roll top desk and we are very happy with the personalized service and the pieces we received. We did not find what we wanted on the floor, so the salesman brought out many catalogs to find exactly what we wanted. He made phone calls to answer our questions and they really worked to make us happy. I highly recommend them.

I went into Simply Discount Furniture located off the street next to a family fun park in Santa Clarita, Just after I left a known furniture chain store and found the same sofa for almost half the price, not only that they delivered it to my house the same day, I got to say I would recommend anybody looking for furniture to give this store a look.

This store is basically a large warehouse full of furniture. But is has some of the best prices in town. I have purchased many items from here and have never been disappointed. The customer service is good and the quality of the furniture is good.
