Bistec Apanado is pounded top sirloin steak covered in garlic, lightly breaded, pan-fried, and served with salad and rice. Its the Peruvian version of the country-fried steak or steak Milanese. The steak was tender, juicy and infused

Gotta love it! Great service, good selection of Peruvian cuisine that is ably prepared and has great flavors. The free bread with spicy sauce on the side (not sure what it is but it is fantastic!) really helps when you walk in starving. The servers are great too! Try a peruvian beer while you are there too.

This place is excellent. Lomo saltado is superb, the waiters are Cheesy, but it's worth the hassle

I can't wait every time I get to go to Inka Mama's, because the food is different and so tasty! The spices in this food bring so much flavor and is clearly healthier than a lot of foods.
5We happened upon this restaurant the other day and were very pleased with the food. It's a great change from the ordinary. If you're not sure what to order, ask the waiter for suggestions. I had the lamb once and it was great, as well the Saltado de Pollo which is good too. They give you bread and a great, spicy dipping sauce for it. The first time we went there, we had to wait a while for our food, but it was when they just opened, so I think that they were working the kinks out. The next time we went, the service was great!

I tried this restaurant just the other night and let me tell you, when you're in the mood for some good home cooking...try this place! My friend and I first started off with the beef empanadas for an appetizer. AMAZING! And whatever the sauce was that came with them-YUMMY! You could drink it with a straw! For dinner, I tried the Ajiaco de Carne was superb-very homemade tasting. But wait!!! DO NOT STOP AT DINNER! They have one of the best desserts I've ever had-the Sweets Francesca. It is a fried plantain wrapped in a crepe with a thick dulce de leche sauce on top and served with a scoop of Peruvian icecream. My friend and I shared this but wished we would have got our own. So please do not pass this restaurant up if you've never tried it.
