I went to All Mercedes b/c my key wouldn't work. So frustrating. They fixed it just like that. They were also nice enough to change my oil i had no idea. I like this place.

I needed all my damn brakes replaced. they got it, did it right. threw in some wiper blades. I like that. i'll go back. good repair place. you can trust them.

I was there a couple days ago. Employees were really nice. They replaced my motor mounts and did real basic work. Price wasn't a big headache. Instead, it was very decent and was what I expected to pay. The service here was also really prompt and good. Glad I gave All Mercedes a try!

This place was great , the dealer quoted me $449. for my B- service it was the same at All Mercedes for $375 , they took me to my office in Albany and came and picked me up , REAL good , clean , place and most importantly they only work on Mercedes. I found them going on Bart and will continue to go there

This Place is NOT fishy at all they are one of the most well run business in Oakland and anywhere I have been in a long time , the Staff gives great service everything is about the customer , most importantly for me , I felt they were honest with me and my Mercedes, I found them off the freeway and already recommended them to 5 neighbors in Piedmont.
Give them a TRY.

Dropped off my E350 for a front and rear brake job.
Received an excellent service and the repair cost was 30% less than the MB dealers.

My experience was great. Good professional service with people who seem to really know their business. I felt confident in leaving my car in the hands of Dave.
They are also easy to get to even from San Francisco where I live. Right next to the freeway and very near bart.
I will go back.

Jeez, are these guys a repair shop or a high-end hotel? I took my Mercedes in there for some tranny work and they were just outstanding. reasonable rates and customer service that you would expect at a high-end hotel or restaurant. I'm giving these All Mercedes guys a 5 star rating! They have my business for sure! - Josh K

The Last honest place gave me advise on my old 300d , other places wanted me to fix it but the told me the truth about my car and said it would cost too much to fix
