Elliott's Pet Emporium

I currently work at Elliott's pet emporium in San Bernardino and they make it a point for there employees to be polite and helpful with accurate information on all animals and in all departments. and do care about the well being of there animals and if you got attitude maybe it was because they had to explain everything over and over again, hence this does get annoying

a great pet store i get all my pets needs here everyone that works there is very friendly and know alot about the animals and whats best for them this is a very great pet store

I LOVE this place! Been here before many times, bought a few rabbits and fish from them. Everything is real clean and open. Easy to find what you need. They seem to care about all the animals and they provide excellent customer service!

service, the employees are very rude all they do is give you attitude when your asking for help. Manager hears how they treat you and says nothing! not cool! I feel I shouldn't be treated in that way. I never been treated so rudely and so poorly in my life. So if your going there knowing what your looking for and don't need help or input then you might like this place, but if your looking for friendly and good customer service then don't ever go here .You can tell these people are not happy with their life and it shows through their poor service. Plus their reptiles are overpriced under fed! There are better pet stores out there so please shop around you will be glad you did!

Bought a Cockatiel here 4-5 years ago, they were kept in a small plexiglass containment ( hence, no good air circulation). If that's not animal cruelty I don't know what is, plus it looks like they never handle their birds( or any animals rather) daily as they were very scared of those going by. I asked for a lutino mutant cockatiel, when they took it out it was screaming like crazy and flapping it's wings and got out of their hold. Then they had it's wings clipped and gave me a handout that stated that it was hand-fed, hand-fed birds do not draw blood from you. I put it in the same cage with my other cockatiel and it went right after it screaming.

Do not go here they do not refund your money, these people should be ashamed of themselves especially by charging a high price for only untamed birds, I'd understand if they were hand-fed but they are not!

Beware, false advertising and lies, their staff is not knowledgeable at all and I doubt they are trained given they work on min. wage.

These people are only in it for the money, they do not care about the animals well-being!

I had to leave the bird there w/o my money so they got a free bird.

This is a great place to buy pet food or any supplies that you beloved pet needs or wants. The service is great and so are the prices!!! Highly recommend coming here for all of your pets needs.
