Too much salsa/pico di gallo slathered on everything!
We don't like hot/spicy food and Mexican food isn't necessarily hot/spicy.
You can always add hot sauce but when it's slathered on EVERYTHING, it's hard to remove it.
We've eaten here before but this last meal was inedible.

                    Pros: good margaritas

                    Cons: everything too spicy

For very good traditional American version Mexican food try On the Border. We have had good service even with large groups. The portions and value are good as well.

The food and drinks here are wonderful. I say the service isn't too bad either. Sometimes it can get a little busy and the wait can be long but I think they try their best to give good service.

This restaurant has only one thing good: the food. Everything else is horrible. The service is slow, the employees just sit around and completely neglect their customers, and everytime a customer has a complaint, the management thinks they can fix it by giving your meal to you for free. It's not a bad trade-off, but if you go in several times a week and it happens everytime, it's a bit disappointing. I recommend going here if you're low on cash and don't want to spend much because if anything, you will have horrible service and your food will be on the house.

On The Border serves some very good Mexican food. I have enjoyed everything I have ever eaten there and I recommend their new Make Your Own Burrito menu. Their margaritas aren't the greatest and that is really the only negative to this restaurant. Parking can be hard to come by on some days since there is a movie theater next door but usually it's not too bad.

More about On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

Today, we started making our guacamole from scratch bright and early. Our Tortillas will be hand-pressed every hour. And, everything will be made in small batches. We will fire up our grill and smoke over mesquite wood and keep those embers glowing until our last customer leaves. Things are always done a little fresher on the border. Itβ??s no different here. Welcome!
