American Eagle Outfitters

This AEO seems to have the most selection of clothes out of all their stores. Although seemingly always busy, I feel less of a sell-out going here then I do going to Old Navy or The Gap. The clothes are edgier and still comfortable. I am also a fan of the music videos they show in the stores.

PROS: edgy comfortable clothes
CONS: can be a wee bit pricey

This is a good place for beach-bumming teenagers to stock up on tee-shorts, shorts and jeans. The clothes are very fun, with cute prints and fashionable colors and styles. They often have sales, like buy 2 tee-shirts, get one free. The clothes are very casual but are appropriate for school as well as after-school. Unfortunately, the materials used are on the cheaper side and won't stand up to intense wear and wash. The shirts will shrink quite a bit so prepare for that before choosing one. The shirts often feel a little snugger in the shoulders than I am used to.

This is a great store. The styles are similar to Abercrombie and Hollister, but the atmosphere and brand image are a lot better. The prices are decent, especially when you find a good sale. American Eagle has great sweaters and pants, although the pants/jeans aren't long enough for me. It sells both women's and men's clothes, and it's got a fun outdoorsy style to the fashion.
