We do more than craft lenses. We help thousands of people everyday take care of their eyes with eye glasses, frames, contact lenses, and accessories. We provide a convenient way to purchase designer frames and sunglasses, order contacts or get advice on what glasses frames fit your face best; offering discount glasses and frames to fit your budget and your style. Perhaps helping someone find their new favorite designer frames, or adjusting the prescription in a set they already have. Whatever the need, LensCrafters is dedicated to providing the eye glasses, designer frames, discount lenses and general expertise you need to see life fully. It?s what we do. And we do it gladly. Because LensCrafters is the company that loves taking care of your eyes. See what you love. Love what you see. LensCrafters.
Since I am 60 years old I have had many glasses in my lifetime and LensCrafters is the worst in the business. I went to them for a prescription and also glasses. The prescription was wrong and the glasses were uncomfortable. Also, I have glaucoma and they turned me into the DMV for having it. I had to go to the DMV and have a vision test with them, My regular eye doctor said that it wasn't necessary and he told them that. The DMV wasn't set up for a test and they weren't trained to run a test anyway. Everything turned out alright, Lenscrafters doesn't have a trained doctor for anything but filling out eyeglass prescription. They have no business in the medical field.

Well I see Lenscrafters is still awful. I got an eye exam there which was started by an incompetent sales clerk that attempted the glaucoma test more times than I could count. As for help with finding the right pair of glasses I was there for need not fa$hion. I came back twice first to have the glasses adjusted so they wouldn't hurt. The second time for a full refund. As for a tip go anywhere else. The sales people are rude.

I purchased my second pair of glasses from Lenscrafters and my first time contacts and I wish I had avoided this location at all costs. When problems arose with the prescription the staff, including management, were singularly unhelpful and at points downright rude. The end result was that the destroyed two pairs of my new contacts trying to prove their point (that they got the prescription right and were not going to reexam my eyes or refund the money) that I was so frustrated and walked out. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a simple pair of glassed or contacts.

Went in after I had a contact prescription made out by the Eyeexam of California store inside this location because the prescription was incorrect. Correct first name but incorrect last name. Tried to get them to respond before the contact prescription was actually filled but they did not respond to messages left. So went in and they got very defensive and refused to listen or help. Instead of looking at the box already opened to compare with prescription they opened another one because for some reason they thought it necessary to check both boxes. This made both nonreturnable and they never would acknowledge an error was made (in the actual written prescription) nor offer any alternative solutions to me. Over $200 down the drain and received very condescending attitude from them. Will never go back there.
