I would 100% disagree with Christina--my mom recently had to get a AFO and they did a SUPER job while she was in the Hospital @ Queen of the Valley-George was the one who helped her I personally witness him bend over heels to make sure my mom was completely comfortable.

Our company would not leave a patient with an incorrect shoe size.
Also, it is the insurance that dictates what the patient has to pay for. We simply relay to the patient what the insurance tells us.

i went here for my son's shoes and they missed up on the size and told me i had to pay for the shoes after they said i didnt have to. i would not come here again.

PROS: none
CONS: they dont know what their doing
