there are so many hidden charges and the prices that they advertise are loaded with hidden charges. they adveritise a 40 dollar unlimited fee on one of their lower rated tanning beds and then they tell you , you have to pay 3 monthes up front and an initiation fee that ranges from 50 to 100 dollars and if you want to cancel a 50 dollar fee applies. The staff is courteous however customer service is not as important as they make it sound, this place is a rip off and they dont try to work with you if you are a student. The packages are over priced compared to other tanning salons. overall I would not recommend it to friends or family.
