Open only for breakfast and lunch, and hidden behind a parking garage and the storefronts on Main Street, when you are in a the mood for inexpensive Japanese-American with emphasis on the Hawaiian, this is the place to go. The royale with char shu is great

The food as OK...and surprisingly cheap! It's the standard diner fare and it's served up by a friendly staff...but it's like you're in a time warp! $2.95 for breakfast? Huh?
This Japanese-American family-owned diner features some Japanese and Hawaiian favorites which I must admit I've never tried--but they look great. Next time, I'm getting one of those scrambles with char su or Portugese sausage. For most people it's a nice, simple, inexpensive diner tucked away behind Main Street in Culver CIty. Almost like the restaurant that time forgot...

This Coffee Shop reminds me of the days back when my Grandmother used to take me out to lunch. I would always love coming to Tokyo 7-7, the food was great, the people there are nice and it has a home kind of feel to it. The food is delicious, it is a mixture of american, japanese, and even some hawaiian style which can form into a great meal. I am sure this hidden Coffee Shop will not disappoint you if you were to take a look to see what it has to offer.

Tokyo 77 is a warm, welcoming place to be for breakfast and lunch (not open for dinner). Good service, good prices, good food. Waitresses have worked there for decades. Mix of Japanese and Hawaiian food.
