Mexico Lindo is a nice little spot in Willow Glen, in the Foxworthy Shopping Center. They have very good food and fast service. Their Chile Relleno is very good. Almost never have to wait for dinner seating.

This place has live mariachis at times. Don't know when they come. Everything is authentic. The margaritas are tasty and strong. Plates are very hot and all of the food I've tried has been excellent. Large meals.

Hands down, one of our favorite Mexican restaurants. The service is fast and the food is good! Have dinner on Saturdays before 9:00pm and enjoy their strolling Mariachi band with dinner.

We don't go here often because we forget about this place. It's not on a street we travel often. But, every time we go, we enjoy the food and wonder why we took so long to return. Good menu choices and good prices.
Last time we went in they had 3 musicians strolling through the restaurant. They played traditionals Mexican music and were quite good. It really added to making our meal very pleasnat.
It's a casual place but the decor is nice, so you feel like you've gone somewhere a little special.

Mexico Lindo is a festive family owned Mexican restaurant in the Foxworthy area of San Jose. Mexico Lindo is fairly large, it has three large dining rooms that can hold large parties. The best deal at Mexico Lindo is the combination plates ($7-10) that include rice and beans. The chili relleno and chicken tacos is what I usually order. The chilis are stuffed and topped with a spicy cheese sauce. The tacos are stuffed with chicken and shredded cheese. Mexico Lindo also serves fresh salsa and chips and their drink specials usually include margaritas and sangria.
PROS: Delicious Mexican food for reasonable prices
CONS: Waits can be long on the weekends

One of my favorite authentic Mexican Food restaurants! The salsa is powerful and hot! The food is delicious. Mariachis stroll throughout the dining room on Saturday evenings. The customer service is not impressive and the food isnt always consistent.
PROS: great salsa
CONS: inconsistent food quality and poor customer service
