Inside is your typical chinese restaurant place. Small portions and the food is nothing out of the ordinary. The service is ok and parking is usually available.

CONS: Does not look like a restaurant from outside, small portions
Lunch leaves you hungry if you have a decent appetite. The meals are really small and they all seem to taste somewhat similar no matter what you order. The outside of the restaurant is really dark and scary. There are no windows inside and only one door to exit which is a little disturbing to me but if you want an easy cheap meal this place is so conveiently located that it is a place I go to pretty often but it's not great.
Forbidden City looks scary on the outside but if you enter you go into a hole in the wall chinese restaurant. The food is decent enough to eat unlike some chinese restaurants but I always end up with a headache afterward which might mean they use MSG. The meals are small so you don't get very much unless you use the coupons in the pennysaver that gives you a free lunch so you order an extra and it's worth a cheap meal. It's not great but it's edible and cheap.
