Dynasty Chinese Seafood Rstrnt

This is the second Dynasty restaurant I've visited for dim sum. This one is a bit smaller in terms of seating area than the one on Story Road, but we usually go a little early to avoid a long wait.

The food is pretty good, and the service is not bad either. The last time I visited, Vallco was undergoing major renovations, so the big hassle was in finding close parking.

We tried this for the first time last weekend. I wasn't impressed with the dim sum. The radish cake and the chive balls (my word for them, not theirs) were pretty dry. And they didn't have a ton of carts coming around so it felt like we had to wait a while to get what we wanted. The shu mai was decent.

This is a big restaurant. It has another brand inside the Grant Century Mall in San Jose. I love their food, specially their dim sum for breakfast. Their price is higher compare to other restaurant, but it is well worth it. It might be a bit crowded in the weekend morning, and sometime you have to get line / get a number to wait for a table.
