Broadway Deli has a great wine tasting bar! A great variety of wine choices, an array of appetizers to match, and knowledgable service all adds up to an excellent experience!

The price makes it seem too ritzy, but the food is really good, any time, day or night. Locals still come here, in the heart of the tourist zone.
The food is reliably delicious: especially fresh bagels and lox, corn beef sandwiches, great matzoh ball soup, salads. There can be a long wait for food, it seems to be intentional. It is great for a long Sunday morning family breakfast, or a late night nosh after a movie.

This deli and diner is a great standby that has been around for many years. They have the standard diner food, but the more upscale version. The bakery has great pastries.

I went to the Broadway Deli this past weekend. I have to say I really like this place. I went in craving their cobb salad, but ended up getting the honey pork sandwhich. What's nice about their sandwiches is that they're not huge, but still have a good amout of meat in them. They were kind enough to put a cheese plate together for my friend, and whatever olives they had were amazing, I need to find out where they're from!
The service was okay, our waiter seemed a little out of it, and didn't really know much about the cheese plate since it was from the wine bar, but we ended up having a pleasant experience anyway. My only qualm is that this place can get way too busy in the mornings/early afternoon but I guess everyone likes good food!
