Buying a car can be a scary experience, but not a Babell's. They were very nice and didn't get upset when I asked so many questions. They provided me with the history of the cars I was interested in to help educate me.
Just like the 5 stars say, " World Class." Helped me from choosing a car then getting the financing. Thanks once again Max.
Babelli Motors has a beautiful showroom that could be an art gallery. They have a huge selection of cars with clean Carfax's that made me feel comfortable. I asked them questions and they answered straight forward.
Being a woman and looking for a car can be pretty scary. The staff at Babelli Motors has the be the best in town. I can't say enough about how they treated me.

Great sales staff along with an awesome selection of cars. I will go back for future cars. Also, they helped me get financing at very low rate which I couldn't find anywhere else.
Babelli Motors has the best customer service in the industry. They treated me with a lot of respect when I was shopping for a new used car. They have a huge selection of all different models which makes it easier when selecting a vehicle.

My experience with Babelli Motors recently was easily one of the best experiences I have ever had while purchasing a car. My wife found a car she liked in at a Babelli Motors in another state. They shipped to the location near us without any problem. The salesman kept us updated fully until it was ready for us to see and try the car out. The offer on our trade-in was dead on what I had estimated it to be and purchasing our new car went very smoothly. I have and will continue to recommend Babelli Motors as a place for a great deal and a great experience.

Really great experience! I did a bunch of research on luxury cars and it kept pointing back to Babelli Motors. Great staff, low pressure sales approach, fast efficient service. I was in and out with the car in under 2 hours. Price was very competitive.

I got a response from Sam on email almost immediately. Him and Eddie made this very smooth and cut out all the normal bs I was getting from other dealers. Some of those bigger dealerships should take a few pointers on how to deal with customers from These guys.

Just because I didn't trade in my car,they raised the interest rate and added one year to the contract to get a 2% kick back over a year,costing me over $2,000 over the life of the loan.The loan company was Wachovia!

I bought a car from them in May 2008. While the sales staff was very nice, I found every other aspect of my car buying experience unpleasant. After three months and many unreturned phone messages, I finally received stickers and registration papers but still no license plates. I am now forced to go to the DMV to resolve this issue on my own (and pay a fee to obtain plates). I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I would never buy a car from them again. This isn't my first car buying experience, but it certianly has been my most frustrating experience.
Pros: My salesperson was very respectful and nice.
Cons: Every other aspect of buying a car from them has been frustrating.
