I agree with Amber818, manager is rude, obnoxious, and extremely loud. Moods shift like crazy as well. She did not know how to handle any situation. I happened to be in the store when a customer was very upset and threatened to sue the

I couldn't be more unhappy with this location! I am a comedian and travel a lot.. the first time i went in there.. i had called prior to my visit and asked the sales lady to pull specific items, i quickly ran into the store at 6pm before i had to be at my show at 730, tried on the clothes to make sure they fit.. i quickly checked out spending close to 400 dollars!
I got home after my show packed my bags for my month long trip overseas performing. I got out of the country went to put on one of my new shirts, only to find a rip in the top shoulder, so i put it back in my bag and chose a different shirt.. long story short 3 of the 5 shirts i had bought had quality problems, one had a tear, the other had a tie that was completely broken and a third the shoulder tie was not appropriately attached. I took the items back this weekend... just past their 21 day return policy, as i had been out of the country.. showed them the items and the manager, Nanette, who had checked me out and spoken extensively to me about performing said there was nothing she could do except exchange them at the now discounted price, total originally it came out to about 175 dollars, she wanted to give them to me for a total of 60 dollars.... when i asked to speak to the DM, she gave me a corporate number with no extension and would not contact her to see if there was anything we could do.. Nanette's attitude quickly escalated when i mentioned that i wanted to speak to the DM and continually progressed.. even the sales associates were shocked by her attitude. I can't believe that a store that i loved to shop in so much would hire such staff, especially as management, you should know how to communicate effectively and trouble shoot problems. I've been a manager for years, i know the process... she refused to be of any assistance and treated me poorly the rest of my time in the store... i will NEVER return to this shop..

Pros: Marsha was a great associate and quickly assisted me during my first visit

Cons: rude management, non-helpful, condescending
