It was a chance happening - meeting Chris at T & L's Elite Auto Repair - CA 94587.
He not only took effort in trying to fix my auto problem - but also provided direction and guidance in resolving the issue when it was discovered to be more complex in nature.

I shall any day vouch for "Chris" as the honest man you can trust for fixing your auto problems and savings in your wallet.

I am real glad - I got to know this Good Samaritan.

OK, I almost hate to write a great review (because then theyll be busier and it will be harder for me to get in for work) - and - I usually dont do reviews - but good work deserves a good word so . . .

Ive only worked with Chris thus far, my understanding is he does everything but transmission work. The bottom line is, Chris is not only a GREAT mechanic but I really nice human being. He knows a lot about all kinds of cars, does quick work and does it right. No shortcuts, no bull. When I take my car into this place I DON'T have to wonder if Im bein ripped of or lied to... that itself makes the drive to this place worthwhile. So, the shop doesnt look like much from the outside (or inside really) - but heres the deal, I want my hospital to look good, my mechanic - hey, if he can put up with it, I can too.

Take your vehicle here. They really do a good job, explain whats wrong and what your options are in understandable language and, bottom line, will get you back on the road and save you money in both the long and short term. Now THATS what I want in a mechanic.

I took my car to T & L and from the moment I spoke with Chris on the phone he made me feel comfortable with bringing my car down to the shop. The service was great and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They even gave me a ride down to BART so I could get to work and picked me up on my way back. I would totally recommend them to ANYONE who is looking to get any work done on their car. I will definately be going back to them if I have any further issues with my car!!!

They have the best service and turn around time. I called and described my car's symptoms to them. I brought the car in first thing the next day. After a few hours they called me with their diagnoses and quote. I gave then the "OK" and the car was fixed by the end of the day. The car has been running great!

I called them up after taking my car to another shop who said that my transmission needed to be replaced. They said that the symptom could be caused by other reasons. It turns out they were right, and it was a leak. Saved me more than $3000.

I would highly recommend them. They know their stuff, & very quick.

I think that this place has pretty reasonable pricing and they are very quick. I only brought my car in for oil change and they finished it in less than 30 mins. The prices were also very reasonable and the workers there are very friendly. They are very organized and I felt that I could really trust them with my car.
