I have been with this gym for years love it. it has free classes. great work out areas lots of friendly staff and members that will encourage you to meet your goal. i work graveyard and i go daily after work. and do the kick boxing class with (Mark) one of the best trainers. it helps me to sleep and i feel better have to get up and work all night. you will love it as much. I also have my staff going too and, they love it as well. hope to see you there!!!!! :-)

as soon as you walk into this gym you feel comfortable your not scared some one is going to judge you about your sex,race,age or weight but i believe the best part about it it that the gym including the pool and Jacuzzi is always very clean oh and lets not forget the FREE parking.
