The set up of the preschool is done in such a way that the staff members have no way other than getting to know one another even if just to say "Hi" and " Bye".
Several of the teachers there are excellent at they do and I take my hat off to them, these children will do very well in the next school they attend. However... there are some staff member whom really seem to have no real idea of what it means to prepare the children for they are too concerned with how what they say and do makes them look.
I found most of the teacher/ aide relationships to be positive ones where both the aide and the lead felt listened to and enjoyed working as a team..
As with any staff that is made up of all women, there is bound to be some "cattyness" which the director tries to handle in a positive manner. She is only one person and cannot handle it all being the busy woman that she is.
All in all I do believe I would send my child there if I had one

PROS: some very experienced teachers who are on their game
CONS: some sacrifices are not made for the greater good
