Pets Naturally

Though they prolaim int heir name to be about Natural products they simply re-gurgitated marketing BS from their vendors. Very poor understanding of their offerings.

The owner and most of her staff are Wack Jobs. They seem to be totally oblivious to people, pets and their needs. I also visited this store and tried to get information for my dog and got nothing but stories about the owner's Poms. Maybe she should stay home with her dogs...instead of running a business. The prices in this store are also very high....the raw meats and all of the food prices are higher than any other store around.

I was greeted warmly upon entering this store. The employees were very helpful and honest. Even when they didn't know what they could do to help me, they would call the owner for assistance to make sure that me and my pet were well taken care of. I enjoyed that they were not all about money and if I needed something they didn't carry they would refer another pet store. The vets they reccomended were much better than the one I used to see. The prices are no higher than any other store. My dog was always given treats, even when just walking by, I was always treated well by everyone who works there.

I agree with a review that the cranky bleach-blonde haired, pit-bull personality of a scrawny woman should not even be working in a place that caters to folks trying to help out their pets. She was soooo rude. I asked her a question and I had to follow her around the store to get her answers and then she could not relate to my questions, because I was talknig about a cat and she kept mentioning about her stupid Poms! Then she said' Oh sorry I am working" What? What is working if not helping out potential money making customers! Rude! I will never step foot in that store again. And don't recommend it to anyone needing help for their pets. Boycott it for sure.

Pets Naturally really cares about you and your pet. Its not just about the food or treats or a toy....they really care about the total heath of your pet, down to recommendations of a good Vet!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Pets Naturally. I've been going there for years, and they have literally saved my pets' lives and saved them from side effects they could have suffered due to their knowledge, care and holistic products. They are very caring, but sometimes overwhelmed with all the people needing help. The parking is a bit tough at times and you might have to wait your turn, but a little patience and parking across the street sometimes is so worth it if you really love your little ones!!!

It's very easy to shop here, an easy, quick in and out to get the raw food my dog needs (they have the top of the line stuff). Everyone who works here seems knowledgeable, especially adriana. Good variety of speciality health oriented brands you won't find at places like petco.

I have shopped at this store for years. Knowledgeable staff. Holistic products, especially raw frozen diets that are hard to find elsewhere and supplements that go along with them. Also good brands of kibble that are rigorously evalutated before being offered for sale in the store. Home made cookies and treats sold there. Prices competitive. Parking(street) and hours (10-6) only distractions.

I saw this store featured on the news, after the food scare and figured that I would visit the store. I was confronted with a woman that claimed to be the owner, with the personality of a rabid pittbull and really didn't seem to have much knowledge of anything.Keeping up with this babbling idiot was most frustrating ...to say the least. I've since visited several other stores.....My Pet Naturally ( W.L.A) Natural Touch 4 Paws (Woodland Hills) and found the help that I needed. These 2 stores were more than happy to help me and I didn't have to deal with major ego. My Pet Naturally has more fluff and less substance than Natural Touch 4 Paws. which really deals with
a few great foods and specialized supplements.

Cons: Beware Of Owner

The hours of operation aren't the greatest and the parking is difficult, but there is no better store in the eastern San Fernando Valley for the sheer variety of products available. Do your research online first to save time, though - sometimes the staff can be distracted. We picked up our Primal food for cats there along with a holistic flea treatment. Books on holisitic care and lots of choices in food for cats and dogs override other concerns.

I would defintely not recommend this store to anyone. The store is poorly stocked, the staff seems to be caught up in their personal dramas of the day and really not too interested in helping customers. There is only one person that has any knowledge of the products and half of the time you can't get her off of the phone to help you out. I would have to say that the rudeness of the staff is a big turnoff and I for one will never shop there again!

This little store is crammed with great holistic and natural pet products you won't find at most stores. A very knowledgeable staff will help you find the right remedy for whatever is ailing your pet. It is sometimes so busy that you have to patiently wait your turn but it is worth the trip and the wait, if you are looking for the best for your pet.

The staff at Pets, Naturally is absolutely fantastic. I came in looking for vitamins to help my cat suffering from feline leukemia and was given a wealth of information and advice, as well as some free samples. The staff really listened to me and seemed to genuinely care about my cat and his health, and even recommended other treatments not sold in their store that might boost his immune system. I really appreciate their help and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
