My husband and I went here after driving by for months. The owners run this small sit-down restaurant and are welcoming and have great New York accents. They are knowledgable about their products and make great suggestions. Regulars stopped by and would chat while the owner took lots of phone orders. The pizza we had was a half and half and both sides were great. There is a thin crust (New York) and the sauce was good. I'll probabley order extra sauce next time because I like a lot. There weren't a lot of varieties, but what they offered sounded great. They also have a couple of sandwiches and salads if you want. Prices were reasonable for the size and qualitiy of the pizza. We will be going again.

I looking for a great pie. I do consider myself a pizza snob. I understand dough and attend the International Pizza Expo to keep myself abreast of the industry's innovations. A NY pie is not hard to make, but it is difficult to perfect. This pie had a great sauce, and a good crust flavor for the part that was cooked. The middle of the pizza was not good being that the crust was too thin and not cooked properly. The oven didn't cook the pizza evenly due to parts of the crust's bottom burning. The cheese was average in taste and quantity. The sausage topping was below average. The onions were sparingly placed and very thin. The oven was hot enough in that there was no pool of liquid in the pizza's center. The server was extremely nice and charming giving us paper plates and thin plastic cups.

Pros: Sauce, service

Cons: crust, toppings, silverware
